Small Bites Radio, the most popular and #1 listed food radio show Philadelphia* is thrilled to announce Donato Marino as new co-host with Small Bites founder Derek Timm beginning Sunday, January 6th2019 at 6:35pm EST replacing Derek’s former co-host Glenn Gross. Glenn will now instead be focusing on the process of relaunching his brand which we cannot wait to see and taste.  Wildfire Radio and the team at Small Bites wish Glenn the best of luck in all his future endeavors. Donato will have big shoes to fill as the new co-host, but we know Donato will be as smooth as one of his signature espressos during the transition on air.

What’s on Tap is a weekly radio show on SNJ Today that features all things beer in South Jersey.

Gary Monterosso the host is an award-winning critic, who has written for national and regional publications. He is the host of the popular radio show, “What’s On Tap,” heard on Indie Philly Radio, 99.9 FM, 1240 AM in southern New Jersey, and online at snjtoday.com.

He can be seen on the two-hour History Channel show called “The Epic History of Everyday Things.” He is the author of the book, “Artisan Beers.” Gary is currently teaching beer appreciation classes at Wilmington University.

Gary has appeared on many television programs discussing craft beers and has guested on BBC radio offering an American perspective on the beverage. In late 2014, he lent his expertise to CBS News New York, by offering fall beer recommendations.

One of the highlights of his career was a three-year stint on the Sirius Satellite Radio network, talking about the latest happenings in the beer world.

In 2014, Gary was selected by Chilled Magazine to be a member of the “Chilled 100,” signifying him as one of the top 100 beverage personalities in the United States.

He continues to be a fixture at regional beer events by hosting dinners and tasting seminars. He has qualified as a Certified Beer Server, a part of the Cicerone Certification Program, recognizing his knowledge of beer styles, culture, the brewing process and ingredients.

Dining On A Dime

Kevin was one of the 1st people to bring the "Dining On A Dime" idea to the Philadelphia area for his restaurant blog website in 2011, it was a huge success on the website and he was asked to bring this idea to a weekly radio segment and after he saw how popular the radio segment was he brought this idea to Wildfire Radio, the show teaches people where to eat out well on a very tight budget and gives names on both the good and not so good restaurants.
